Terms of Use

Last Camper  ·  Smyrna Games
Effective date: 13 August 2026  ·  Last updated: 13 August 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Smyrna Games (“Smyrna Games”, “we”, “us”), covering the mobile game Last Camper and any updates, content or services we provide with it (together, the “Game”).

By downloading, installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the Game, and uninstall it if you already have.

How we handle personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

1. Who may play

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. You may use the Game only if you are 13 or older — or 16 or older if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.

If you believe a child has used the Game or made a purchase without permission, contact us at the address in Section 15 and we will help you resolve it.

2. Your licence to use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. That is all this licence covers — you are not buying the Game or any part of it.

You may not:

3. Progress and saved data

The Game stores your progress, settings and purchase state locally on your device. There is no account system and no cloud backup.

This has consequences you should understand before buying anything:

4. Virtual items and virtual currency

The Game contains virtual currency (“gems”) and virtual items such as upgrades and boosters. You may obtain them through gameplay, by watching ads, or by paying for them.

Virtual currency and virtual items:

We may also grant virtual items for free, for example as rewards or compensation. Free grants create no obligation to grant them again.

5. Purchases and payment

The Game offers optional in‑app purchases, currently:

All payments are processed by the app store you installed the Game from (for example Google Play). We never receive or store your payment card details. Prices are shown in the Game before you confirm and include taxes where the store applies them. Prices may differ by country and may change over time.

The purchase contract for the transaction itself is between you and the app store operator, and the store’s own terms apply to it in addition to these Terms.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are handled by the app store, not by us. Because we do not process the payment, we cannot issue refunds directly. Please use the refund process of the store you purchased from — for Google Play, via Google Play’s refund request flow.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you normally have a 14‑day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins with your express consent — which is what happens when a virtual item is credited to your Game the moment the purchase completes. This does not affect your statutory rights where the content is faulty or not as described.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

7. Advertising

The Game is free to download and is funded by advertising. It shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads supplied by third‑party advertising networks.

Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose whether to watch one in exchange for an in‑game reward. If an ad fails to load or is interrupted, the reward may not be granted — ad availability depends on the advertising networks and is outside our control.

Where required by law, the Game asks for your consent before personalised advertising is used, through a consent form shown on first launch. You can review and change that choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Settings inside the Game. Details of what is collected and by whom are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third‑party services

The Game integrates third‑party software for advertising, analytics, attribution and payments, including AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, Amazon Publisher Services, Meta (Facebook) SDK, AppsFlyer, GameAnalytics and AppMetrica. These services are operated by their own providers under their own terms and privacy policies, and their behaviour is not under our control. The current list and the purpose of each is maintained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Updates, changes and availability

We may update the Game to fix defects, add or remove features, adjust balance, or meet platform and legal requirements. Some updates are required in order to keep playing. We may also change, suspend or discontinue the Game, or any feature or virtual item within it, at any time.

If we permanently discontinue the Game, we will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice through the app store listing or inside the Game where practicable. Because virtual items have no monetary value (Section 4), discontinuation does not entitle you to a refund of items already delivered, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be available without interruption or error, or that it will run on every device or operating system version.

10. Intellectual property

The Game and everything in it — code, artwork, characters, levels, audio, text, trademarks and the name “Last Camper” — is owned by Smyrna Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms grant you the licence in Section 2 and nothing more; all other rights are reserved.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the Game, you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual right to use them without any obligation or compensation to you. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your licence to use the Game if you materially breach these Terms — for example by cheating or by tampering with purchases or advertising.

On termination, your licence ends and any virtual currency and virtual items associated with your device are forfeited without compensation, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Sections 4, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive termination.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free, or that defects will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smyrna Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, or lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Game.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to the app store for in‑app purchases in the Game during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, these limits apply only to the extent permitted by the consumer law of your country of residence.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. The courts of İzmir, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms, purchase problems or complaints:

Smyrna Games
Email: info@smyrnagames.com

We aim to respond within a reasonable time. For purchase refunds, please contact your app store first — see Section 6.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Game changes or as the law requires. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be signalled in the Game where practicable. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Game and uninstall it.
